Kabhi aisa hua hai ki
kisi ne kuch keh diya —
aur tumhare dil ko bura lag gaya?
Aur phir turant mann mein aaya:
“Itni si baat par mujhe bura lagna nahi chahiye tha.”
Us moment mein dil thoda sa heavy ho jata hai.
Confusion hota hai.
Aur khud par hi doubt aa jata hai.
Aur sach yahi hai —
bura lagna galat feeling nahi hoti.
💭 Phir aisa kyun lagta hai ki yeh galat hai?
Kabhi-kabhi humein sikhaya jata hai ki
strong rehna matlab kuch feel na karna.
Isliye jab dil dukhta hai,
hum apni feeling ko hi chup kara dete hain.
Iska matlab yeh bilkul nahi hota ki:
tum kamzor ho
tum overreact kar rahe ho
ya tumhari feeling important nahi hai
❤️ Tum kya kar sakte ho?
Pehle apni feeling ko accept karo
“Achha… mujhe bura laga.”
Phir agar mann ho, calmly bolo:
“Mujhe thoda bura laga tha.
Main bas apni baat share karna chahta / chahti hoon.”
Yeh bolna weakness nahi hoti —
yeh emotional understanding hoti hai.
